Service description

UpSkiller Scanner is an AI-powered operational intelligence tool that analyzes your organization's email, documents, and calendar data to discover tech stack usage, identify operational waste, map manual workflows, and recommend automations.

Access and use

By using UpSkiller Scanner, you confirm that you have authorization to grant read-only access to the Google Workspace or Microsoft account you connect. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate permissions from your organization.

Read-only access

UpSkiller Scanner only reads data. We never write to, modify, or delete any data in your connected accounts. All analysis is performed in a read-only capacity.

Accuracy of findings

Scan results, cost estimates, and recommendations are generated by AI and are approximate. Dollar amounts are based on industry pricing benchmarks and email pattern analysis. They should be treated as estimates, not verified financial data. Always verify findings against your actual records before taking action.

Rate limits

Free scans are limited to prevent abuse. Each user account is limited to a reasonable number of scans per month.

Limitation of liability

UpSkiller Scanner is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any business decisions made based on scan results. Our findings are informational and should be verified independently.
